FMCG Export Documentation Support
Ortu Wholesale BV coordinates the commercial and shipping documents available for wholesale FMCG orders supplied from the Netherlands and Europe at large.
Documentation requirements vary according to the product, country of destination, shipment value and agreed delivery terms. We review these requirements with the buyer before confirming an export order.
Documents supplied with an order
Depending on the transaction and destination, the available document pack will include:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Product and pallet information
- Bill of Lading
- Transport documentation (CMR, container and truck SEAL)
- Certificate of origin when applicable
- EUR.1 documentation when the goods qualify
- Other available supplier documents
Certificates issued by manufacturers, chambers of commerce or government authorities remain subject to eligibility, availability and approval.
Product and packing information
Our commercial offer identifies the available market version, label language, units per case, cases per pallet and pallet weight where confirmed.

Preparing an export quotation
The buyer or appointed customs representative remains responsible for confirming local import licenses, product registration, labelling rules, duties and destination-country restrictions.
