Products are supplied in complete manufacturer cases. We do not normally split individual retail units from sealed cases.
How mixed-pallet orders work
Send us your product list with the required number of cases per item. We check:
- Current product availability
- Units per case
- Case dimensions and weight
- Remaining shelf life
- Label language and market version
- Product compatibility
- Pallet capacity
We then prepare a quotation showing the accepted products and estimated pallet quantity.
Product compatibility
Not every product can be placed on the same pallet. Food and drinks may need to be separated from detergents, chemicals or strongly scented personal-care products.
Alcoholic beverages, glass products and regulated goods may also require separate handling. We organise the pallet plan according to product safety, weight and transport requirements.
Packing and delivery
Cases are arranged to distribute weight correctly, with heavier products placed at the bottom. Completed pallets are protected and stretch-wrapped before collection or dispatch.
Buyers can request warehouse collection or a delivery quotation. Available documents, pallet dimensions, gross weight and delivery terms are confirmed in our commercial offer.
